About Us
Claire Kobayakawa studied grooming at L'Instutute de Tonte et Toiletage Canin de Quebec in Montreal and at Pampered Paws Grooming Academy in Toronto. She then apprenticed under a master groomer. In 2003 she opened The Grooming Department at The Downtown Animal Hospital and was Head Groomer there until 2008. In early 2008 she decided that each dog needed one on one attention and the time she could not take at a busy salon in a vet clinic. At the same time she fell ill and decided that opening her home to grooming clients was the perfect solution to both problems.
